UK Delivery
We Dispatch all our orders the Same day for orders received or placed by 3pm Monday to Friday.
All other orders placed after 3pm (Mon-Fri) will be dispatched on the next working day (orders placed after 3pm on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday).
Guaranteed next day delivery (Monday - Friday) with our Premium Services to most mainland UK destinations - home or office - at a cost of just £8.95. See below for full details on all delivery times and costs.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm. Standard delivery costs £5.95 (see below for exceptions) and takes 1 - 2 days, if dispatched by courier (1 - 3 days by 1st class Royal Mail). The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order.

FREE shipping on orders over £75:
Free Standard Delivery is available to the majority of mainland UK addresses. If you order any of our premium delivery services, you will be charged for that service less £5.95 (i.e. the cost of Standard Delivery). For all addresses where Standard Delivery charge exceeds £5.95 (i.e. Highlands and Islands etc) a £5.95 discount will be applied to the delivery charge. This offer is not available on orders shipped outside of the UK. £75 order value refers to the total value of your goods bought online, excluding delivery. Goods must be in stock. Free delivery applies to all UK mainland addresses except those specified.
Please Note: Mail orders paid for by cheque will be held for 7 days to await clearance.
EU Delivery
International orders (within the EU) are sent by Royal Mail or by our courier Interlink express. They take between 3 and 7 working days to be delivered. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order. If your order is sent by Royal Mail then the delivery charge is from £12.95.

USA Delivery
To ensure that you receive your goods as fast as possible and in perfect condition, we ship to the USA using courier services, either British Royal Mail and the US Postal Service, or Interlink Express and its partners. The delivery rate is calculated when you reach the checkout, and is based on the weight, volume and value of the goods in your shopping basket in order to offer you the best possible tariff. Here is an outline of what our delivery costs are:

A signature is required for all orders that are delivered by Interlink Express. Please send it somewhere it can be reliably signed for, like your place of work, a neighbour, or perhaps your gran's. Goods must be in stock.
